College students have been a part of our church from the very beginning (est. August 2022) and as of ‘23 we have a registered student organization at The University of Texas.
This fall we will be engaging the UT campus in a multitude of ways (tabling, events, Bible studies). If you are a UT student (or ACC or Huston Tillotson or St. Eds or Concordia or UAustin . . . ) we’d love to meet you. Come hang with us during one of our events, come by our table at UT or ACC, and sign-up to receive more details about the upcoming semester.
For details about what we have going on this summer check out ridgetopchurch.org/events! We have weekly small group on Wednesday nights at 6:30p and various discipleship groups. On Friday, May 29th, we’ll be going on a sunset cruise to watch the famous bats fly out from under Congress Bridge on Lady Bird Lake in downtown Austin! It will be $15 per person. If you’re interested, sign up to join us and get more details here!

Every semester we start new “discipleship groups”. And we have them going on in the summer too! These groups are for those wanting a short-term but more intensive experience that involves greater commitment to weekly preparation and accountability. The groups last 6-7 weeks and use a workbook called Discipleship Essentials by Greg Ogden. These groups start week of January 25. At UT Austin??
We’ve got a co-ed bible study during the fall and spring semesters that meets every Tuesday night at 7pm at Littlefield Patio on UT’s campus. Whether you’ve grown up in church, are new to faith, or are just curious - you’re invited! This semester, we’ll be going through the book of Hebrews. At ACC Highland??
We’ve got a co-ed bible study during the fall and spring that will be meeting on Thursdays at Ridgetop Church (just 1.5 miles from the campus). If you have questions or need a ride, please reach out to Ellen at ellen@ridgetopchurch.org. Do you want to start something on your college campus?
This is where we've got things going on right now, but we care about your campus too! Even if you don't go to ACC or UT, you are welcome to join for either of these bible studies, or any of the other groups we've got going on throughout the week. If you want to help reach your campus by starting a student org, a bible study, or other types of out reach - let us know! We want to help. Need a ride to church?
