Sunset Cruise

Kayaking on Lady Bird Lake
Join us for a fun morning of low-key Kayaking on Lady Bird Lake. We’ll rent Kayaks from The Rowing Dock for $20 (single Kayak) $25 (shared by two people) and enjoy some lake time for an hour. Then top it off with some tacos. Bring money and bring a friend!

Good Friday Service
Join us for a 1 hour Good Friday Tenebrae Service. The service is an ancient observance that includes readings from Scripture that pertain to the events of Good Friday and times of meditation on and singing about these events.

Passover Seder
Join us as we participate in the meal that Jesus and his disciples took part in the night before Jesus’ death on the cross. It’s known as a Passover Seder and was practiced by the Jews for 1500 years leading up to the days of Jesus. it holds particular meaning for Christians in that it provided the setting for Christ’s institution of the sacrament of communion.
Meal will be in our church sanctuary at 708 East 51st Street starting at 6:30pm.

Secret Church
In this one-night event, we'll devote 6 hours to intense study of the gospel of Matthew and spend times in prayer for our persecuted brothers and sisters around the world. It’s a world-wide event known as “secret church”. We’ll be joining 1000’s of other churches who will be doing the same thing. It’s the perfect way to prepare our hearts for the following week (Holy Week) when we remember the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus.
