This discipleship group is a training experience that will build up participants in their understanding and practice of doctrine (biblically faithful & practically helpful summaries of God’s truth).

Must have completed Units 1&2 of Discipleship Essentials to join this group.

The material being used for this group will be

  1. Assigned Scriptures (see below)

  2. Doctrine: What Christians Should Believe by Driscoll and Breshears

  • Book is out of print but there is a FREE PDF of Doctrine book HERE

  • We also have 12 used books available while supplies last

  • You can also buy a used copy yourself

October 5 - Doctrine Ch 4: Image of God (Genesis 1:26–27; 5:1–2; 9:6)
October 12 - Doctrine Ch 5: Fall (Genesis 3; Romans 1:18-32)
October 19 - Doctrine Ch 6: Covenant (Genesis 8:20-9:17)
October 26 - Doctrine Ch 7: Incarnation (John 1:1-14)
November 2 - Doctrine Ch 8: Cross (Luke 23:26-49)
November 9 - Doctrine Ch 9: Resurrection (1 Corinthians 15)
November 16 - Doctrine Ch 10: Church (Romans 12:1-13)
November 23 - No group (Thanksgiving break)
November 30 - No group (Thanksgiving break)
December 7 - Doctrine Ch 11: Worship (Revelation 5)
