We are looking  for 2 interns to join our staff team for the fall semester (with opportunity to extend to the spring). We are hoping to have one male and one female intern to help with ministry and service of Ridgetop Church. The internship will be dynamic, explicit duties and responsibilities changing based on what is needed at the church and what skills and giftings the individuals who join the team may have. However, duties will likely include things like helping lead Tuesday Night Bible study on UT”s campus, communicating with the congregation via email, assisting with campus outreach (at UT and ACC), event planning (Pumpkin Party, Men’s Retreat, Women’s Retreat, etc.), meet ridgetop classes, and outreach in the neighborhood. If there is a particular part of ministry that you are interested in learning more about or are passionate about, we are open to integrating learning opportunities for those specific areas as we can (i.e. children’s ministry, social media, evangelism, etc.). This type of internship requires the individual to be flexible and a learner, as things often do not go exactly as anticipated when you are working in ministry and with people.

This internship will provide diverse opportunities to serve, help grow your practical ministry experience, and expose you to the unique environment of working at a church plant. The commitment will be 10 hours a week for $500 a month.
